Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

High School Hockey 2026

Once registered, no refunds will be provided.

QCR Summer Series (2026)

No refunds will be provided once the series begins. There is no option for a pro-rated fee for missed sessions. Any refunds must be approved by the QCR Hockey Dept. and will be solely applied as an account credit.

Camps and Clinics

No refunds are provided.

SPHA 2026 Spring/Summer Teams

No refunds will be provided.

SPHA Academy 26-27

The SPHA Deposit is non-refundable.

Tryouts

No refund policy for tryouts.
